House Shopping

It has taken 2 months, countless hours of house shopping, seeing every single townhouse for sale in a 5km radius to figure out what we want.

This is description of our ideal home:

-a townhouse, <10 years old

->1000 sqft, ~1300-1500 preferred

-walking distance to yonge and sheppard

-minimum 2 bedrooms, 3 preferred

-low maintenance fees

-underground parking, minimum 1 spot, 2 preferred

-something affordable

Now how much longer til we find this house?

If only we knew what we wanted back then, we would likely be home owners by now. Unfortunately, we were naive and hesitant and now have become desperate to find a home.
